Attraction Rules

Upon entering this attraction, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

• This is an unsupervised attraction. Parents/Guardians must supervise their children at all times.
• Stay seated, while using the digger.
• Use the levers to operate the digger.
• Do not climb the barrier into the sand.
• Be sensible at all times.
• Knockhatch management accepts no responsibility for damage to personal items and clothing.
• The staff at Knockhatch Adventure Park have the right to refuse access if they see fit to do so.
• Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to close an amenity, toilet, ride, kiosk, animal enclosure or show without prior notice for the purposes of maintenance or staff training. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY CAUSED WHILST USING THIS RIDE. ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES WILL HAVE THEIR RIDE TERMINATED AND MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
